The Communcation System has been developed to be your RETAIL COLLABORATION CENTRE.

It is what makes us a community. We can send & receive messages to and from each other.

We can start topics for debates. Just start a conversation - we're listening.

Click on the links and the tabs - don't be afraid, nothing will break.

There is an AMAZING feature which allows you to:

  1. Send private messages to other members.
  2. Start a Sub-group where only nominated people can participate in a 'closed forum'.

As our membership grows and we have sub-groups (say shopping centre marketers, or newsagents) then certain mailings and posts will be for that special interest group only.

Knowledge of different types of businesses. (Not only the business area you have worked in.)

Customer understanding (their real needs, fears and aspirations)

A deep appreciation for differences between people.

Sound knowledge of management principles      (plan, lead, organise and control)

Knowledge of diverse fields. (Anthropology, psychology and sociology.)

The ability to understand and look for the interdependence of inputs, transformation processes and outputs in a business, as well as how business systems function in a dynamic environment where uncontrollable
market and external environment can influence business and team objectives.
