The Growth of Retail Brands

The growth of retailer brands is one of key trends of future retail market. The brands that retailers create will become a critical key to their success or to survive in today’s rapid changing economic environment. A successful brand not only can differentiate a store from its competitors, but also is a key to maintain customer loyalty. More and more retailers are going to realise the importance of building up their own brands, creating strong brands to attract and lead customers’ buying behaviour. 

Retailers are more likely to create their own brands instead of just selling manufacturer brands in the future. This is definitely going to impact the retail market as well as manufacturers. Details of impact of the growth of retail brands and benefits of creating retails brands will be discussed in the report. Consumer, on the other hand, will focus on retail brand experiences. yes, brand establish is valueable for retailers, however, it is not easy to build. If retailers have ablities to create thier own brands, like woolworth did in australia, they will enjoy such good benefits, named higher margins, customer loyalty, higher competitive power in the market and etc.
